Verizon Wireless released the Casio G’zOne Brigade C741 Phone which is a water- and shock-resistant tough phone with a rugged QWERTY keyboard so users can text their friends in harsh conditions. The Casio C741 can withstand military standards for water, dust, shock, vibration, humidity, salt fog, solar radiation, altitude, and high and low temperature storage. The handset also has a full HTML browser. It also has a document viewer for reviewing Excel spreadsheets, Word documents, PowerPoint presentations and PDF files, and has a new text-to-speech function, which lets users to listen to their text messages, multimedia messages and emails.

Casio G’zOne Brigade C741 features a 3.2-megapixel auto-focus camera with LED flash and video capture, push-to-talk (PTT) which capabilities that leverage Verizon’s high-speed EV-DO Revision A technology for fast two-way communication, stereo Bluetooth, music player and GPS for directions at your fingertips.

Verizon has introduced the updated Palm Phones, which is named Palm Pixi Plus Phone. Verizon has released the price too. It is only $99. the palm pixi plus is also a updated version palm phone for Sprint, obviously the palm pixi.

Palm Pixi Plus Phone for Verizon Wireless is a smartphone that’s designed to be easy to use and light in your pocket.  It has fast 3G connectivity with 16 GB internal memory (unfortunatelly non-expandable) and Wi-Fi networking (802.11b/g) for accessing home and corporate networks as well as hotspots while on the go.

Palm Pixi Plus Phone runs on webOS 1.3.5. The Pixi that launched on January 25 has GPS navigation capabilities via VZ Navigator service.
