Motorola MING series presents three new Android smartphone, the MT810 (Beihai) for the network of China Mobile TD-SCDMA, the XT806 (Qilin) for China Telecom’s CDMA-2000 network, and A1680 (3G Lucky) for network China Unicom WCDMA. The three models have the design of the iconic MING paper and the signature transparent cover paper.
Firstly, the MT810 works ophone China Mobile OS 2.0 implementation of Android. The phone has a resistive touch screen of 3.2 inches which is perfect for pen and finger input while it is clear lid is a second capacitive touch screen that offers all the features finger, even when the phone is closed . It is capable of 720 × 480 video recording, which includes support for CMMB mobile TV format.
The XT806 is 2.1 Android Ming for China Telecom. It provides support for dual-mode/dual-standby CDMA EVDO and GSM networks. Motorola will launch two smartphones Android entry-level in Taiwan this August with Far EasTone Telecommunications, Digitimes reported. Both are the Quench MB501 and the Quench XT3 that running on Qualcomm chipsets. The Motorola Quench MB501 was also launched in other markets as Motorola Cliq XT.
The Quench XT3 has a 3.2-inch HVGA (320 x 480 resolution touch screen), 3-megapixel camera, Android 1.6 (what a disappointment), and Qualcomm MSM 7227 600MHz processor. It also has Wi-Fi 802.11b / g, GPS, 3.5mm jack for headphones, Bluetooth, and 32GB memory card support.
